Description: This position will perform tasks such as testing, installing and supporting hardware and software. Ideal candidates will posses an advanced knowledge of most Windows OS and the ability to install, assemble and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities: One year of information technology related experience such as: installing workstations, providing technical support for software, or installing and maintaining hardware, network infra-structure equipment, or telecommunications software or hardware OR equivalent education/experience. IT/IS related degree and MCP / MCSE is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a corporate IT support setting. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. Helpdesk experience is a plus. Must have the ability to clearly explain complex problems to end users.

Job Title - Corporate Software/Hardware Sales REP

Description: You will be responsible for increasing Rain Networks revenue by generating new customer accounts and managing those accounts. Your focus will be to drive new software/hardware business and sell our array of technical services. You will work with businesses of all sizes, including government customers.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities: Minimum two years of sales experience, preferred in the information technology field. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic learner with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, hunting and maturing customer accounts.
Preferred Qualifications: General knowledge of technical solutions like Microsoft software, network security solutions such as McAfee and Symantec, and other widely used corporate technologies. Existing client base a plus.
