What do you charge for technical service?
Rates depend on the type of service. Please contact us for exact rates on the service you need. Most services range from $90-125/hour.
What type of systems do you work on?
While we do work on Linux and Mac based systems, most of our work is on Microsoft Windows systems. We work on most IP based networks.
What is your service area?
While we have customers in almost all 50 states, our technical service area is primarily performed in the Seattle area, including surrounding areas such as Bellevue, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Woodinville, Bothell, Renton, Issaquah, Redmond, Shoreline, Kenmore, and certain areas of Pierce and Snohomish counties. Website design and product sales services are performed in all 50 states.
What size customers do you work with?
All. We have single user customers and business/government customers with thousands of users. Rain Networks has something to offer to everyone!
Do you offer business accounts?
Yes, we offer Net 10 and Net 30 business accounts. All accounts depend on credit approval. We also can help with leasing and other financing options.
Do you offer technical support over the phone?
Yes.
