Remote Access
To receive remote access support, follow these steps:
1. Enter your name below and click “connect”
2. You will receive a prompt to save a file. Click “Save File” and it will download to your desktop.
3. After the download is complete, double-click the icon on your desktop. If you receive the following prompt, click “run” to continue.
4. If successful, you should see the following window.
